Scheduling...
We prefer to see younger patients in the morning when they are fresh and
wide awake. For older children, appointments may be necessary during
school hours. We will be happy to provide a written - excuse for the
school or for your employer.
Out of respect for your time, we make every effort to maintain our
appointment schedule. Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
Payment and Insurance...
We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash,
checks, Visa, MasterCard and
Care
Credit. For a small processing fee, we will file your dental insurance
claim if you provide us with complete insurance information.
X-Rays...
Low-dose X-rays are sometimes necessary to detect cavities,
infections in the bone, and the position and location of unerupted teeth.
Normally, a panoramic low-dose X-ray is taken at age six or when permanent
teeth begin to erupt. This policy conforms to recommendations of the
American Dental Association and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Sterilization...
All instruments, including
handpieces used in your child's mouth, are either disposable or sterilized
according to the guidelines of the American Dental Association.
